Any changes made to the SharePoint list does not send the correct fields in the alert when using the Quest qList Form with the SharePoint list.

<p>WORKAROUND:<br/>None<br/><br/>STATUS:<br/>Issue fixed in version 5.0.1. The latest version of Quest Web Parts for SharePoint can be downloaded at: http://support.quest.com/support_download/Downloads.asp</p>
