<P>Some customers cannot download from our support site because of security restrictions in their environment.</P>
<P>Please upload the software to our FTP site and provide a link for them to download.</P> <P>If they cannot download from our FTP either then they will have to ask their sales rep to send it to them on a jump drive or download it out side of the office.</P>
