INTERNAL: Adding a new list Form to the SharePoint List errors out with “RefreshFormStart”
When trying to add a List Form webpart to a "newform.aspx" page to post the new item to SharePoint errors out with the following

Error: 'RefreshFormStart' is undefined."

<p>This error is caused due to the corruption of the Quest Web Parts for SharePoint install.</p>
<p>1. Check if a folder with the name "wpresources" is at the location "C:Program FilesCommon FilesMicrosoft SharedWeb Server Extensions" is there or not.<br/> 2. If there is no folder by the name uninstall and reinstall the Quest Web Parts for SharePoint and then perform the same action.<br/> 3. An iisreset is required after the reinstall of Quest Web Parts for SharePoint.<br/><br/> The error goes away once the uninstall and the install goes without any errors.</p>
<p>This error is caused due to the corruption of the Quest Web Parts for SharePoint install.</p>
