Cause

<p>Low server performanceor high server load at the time of the solution deployment</p>

Resolution

<p>Please try to install it using stsadm as per below:<br/><br/>C:Program FilesCommon FilesMicrosoft Sharedweb server extensions BIN>stsadm -o deploysolution -name quest.webparts.wsp -allcontenturls -immediate -allowgacdeployment -force</p>
