When exporting a large data set from siListView webpart to Excel I get the following pop-up error message from within the Excel application and the data doesnt load:

Problems came up in the following areas during load:

Missing file:C:\layouts\1033\styles\core.css?rev=5msmprmeONfN6lJ3wtbAlA==

This occurs for any amount of rows greater than about 7,621 to 7,631 rows. This error does not occur when exporting to a CSV file (tested up to 15,000 rows).

Is this a problem with the webpart, Excel or Sharepoint?
