<p>It appears that the JQuery custom code fails to locate a HTML element on the page,  please attempt the following:</p> <p>1. On IE open the developer tool (F12)<br /> 2. From the first tab (HTML)  use the arrow and locate the date field that causes the problem and check the name.<br /> 3. Use the same name in the custom code and observe and report back upon what results.</p>
