When attempting to change and save an item with qListForm, the webpart refreshes but the changes are not kept.
At the bottom of the IE browser there is an error icon, that when expanded shows the following error:
'RefreshFormStart' is undefined
Image upload issues in Rich Text editor on new form
When we try to upload an image in the rich text editor in new form, the image will not get saved. It gets saved when we edit item again and save it.
Date time Control causes issues when using the Submit button
Scenario 1: In qlist New /Edit form, when we enter invalid dates in date and Time Field, the error message is not thrown immediately like in OOTB form. Instead the error is thrown in a separate page. The error message should be displayed just below the column when invalid data was entered for it. Scenario 2: In qlist edit form when any validation fails for any field on click of custom action button, the Date and Time field is autopopulated with invalid data “01/01/0001”. Please find attached detail description of both the scenarios.
Form Component behavior issues in Tab Multi Column Layout
In the New / Edit Form when we use the Tab Multi Column Layout, form component behaviour does not work. In Form we have some fields that gets hidden on auto postback of another field, when the postback occurs all the fields on the form are invisible.

Issues with Quest Web Parts for SharePoint upgrading
Solution Package deployment error: The solution cannot be deployed. The feature ’51ba0e87-a116-47a6-bbd9-a79cc53a875f’ uses the directory “QuestLists” in the solution. However, it is currently installed in the farm to the directory “QuestWebParts”. Uninstall the existing feature before you install a new version of the solution.
