When a user without Site Collection Administrator permission login to a SharePoint site with Quest List View WebPart, the error below will occur:
“The looked up list for lookup field Document Group does not exist”.

A custom action has been defined on a Quest List Form. The button for this custom action performs multiple actions including:
– Save
– Start Workflow
– GoToURL
However, when the Button is clicked, the Save happens, the Workflow runs, but then you are returned to the item that was being
edited instead of going to the URL that was defined.
