Performance of qListView degrades on using People Picker in the Filter
When we add a people picker field in the qListView, the time it takes to load the page is more than using the native form.
The following are the steps to turn on PeopleEditor mode of the people picker field:<BR>1) Open the ezEdit of the qListView.<BR>2) In Display tab, click Edit button of the Search Fields.<BR>3) Click the Edit button of the people picker field.<BR>4) Check the Use People Editor checkbox. <BR>5) Save the configuration. The people picker field will be rendered as a People Picker and should have a better performance
Could be many reasons for slowness depending on the environment.
