qListForm may keep refreshing and not showing up the related fields if there is lookup fields involve.

Cause

This could due to Ajax issue in the SharePoint environment.

Resolution

<p>Disable the Ajax in the configuration. To achieve that:</p><p>1.  Go to ezEdit.</p><p>2. Go to Advanced and then Click on Ajax.</p><p>3. Uncheck Enable Ajax. </p>
