qListView ‘Print’ and ‘Export’ buttons do not work

When configuring qListView to show the 'Print' and 'Export' buttons in the toolbar, nothing happens.

Cause

<p>SharePoint did not install our wsp package successfully. There are files that have not been exported on the WFE to :</p><p><strong>C:Program FilesCommon FilesMicrosoft SharedWeb Server Extensionswpresources</strong></p>

Resolution

<p>WORKAROUND 1:</p><p>Retract the wsp package from Central Administration and re-deploy to the Site Collection.</p><p>WORKAROUND 2:</p><p>Ask Support for a copy of missing files and their folder structure to be copied directly into 15-Hive.</p>
