QuickApps Solution Deployment is Timing Out
While running the QuickApps Installation, the Solution Deployment fails due to a timeout error.
Going to Central Administration > Manage Farm Solutions > the QuickApps solution is stuck on ‘Deploying…’
Canceling the Deployment Job and re-deploying gives the same issue where it is stuck on ‘Deploying…’ but deploys to NO servers.
The SharePoint Administration service is not Running on the Web-Front-End server.
