Spell check option not available in the Rich Text HTML editor

Any Quest Webpart containing the Rich text HTML editor does not contain the Spell Check option.

If the Spell Check option shows then clicking on the spell check does not launch the spell checker.

<p>WORKAROUND:<br/>None<br/><br/>STATUS:<br/>Enhancement request has been submitted to development for consideration in a future release of Quest Web Parts for SharePoint.</p>
