When Quick App is added to a page, the Quest Ribbon is hidden

When adding a 2nd Quick App webpart to a page that already has a Quick App, the display Ribbon is hidden behind the SharePoint Navigation bar. When adding OOB SP web parts, this issue does not exist.

Cause

There is a Client side script that is interferring with the display of the QuickApps Ribbon.

Resolution

<P>1. Open the Configuration Editor and point to the web.config for the Web Application</P> <P>2. Open the Quest Software Configuration Section Editor</P> <P>3. Under the General tab > Check the checkbox in General Settings for QuickApps Ribbon Display</P> <P>4. Click OK > Save the web.config</P> <P>5. Perform the same steps for any additional WFE</P>
